Terms of Service

Welcome to Sodbridge Industry Experience Program (SIEP). Please read these terms carefully before accessing our services or submitting your application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SIEP Academy website, submitting an application, or enrolling in any of our industry-focused programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sodbridge Academy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform and services.

2. Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the Sodbridge Industry Experience Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

check_circle Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a tertiary institution.
check_circle Demonstrated proficiency in foundational technical or creative skills.
check_circle Available for the full duration of the 12-week intensive cycle.
check_circle Committed to the Academy's peer-learning and collaborative model.

3. Application Fees

To maintain the high standard of our selection process, a non-refundable application processing fee of ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) is required from all applicants.

This fee covers the administrative costs of technical assessments, portfolio reviews, and interview scheduling. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission into the program.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Program Fees

Once admitted, students must adhere to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payments by the specified deadlines may result in temporary suspension of access to program resources.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for program tuition must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the program start date. A processing fee will be deducted. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Students are expected to attend all synchronous sessions, contribute actively to group projects, and maintain a professional level of communication with mentors and peers.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. All submitted work must be original or appropriately credited. Violations will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Liability

Ownership

Sodbridge Academy retains all rights to curriculum materials, lectures, and proprietary tools. Students retain ownership of their original project work created during the program, but grant SIEP a license to showcase such work for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sodbridge Academy or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program or use of our educational platforms.
