What is SIEP?
The Sodbridge Industry Experience Program (SIEP) is an immersive 3 to 6-month bridge program designed to transition high-achieving students into elite industry professionals.
Participants aren't just learners; they are integral contributors to Sodbridge's proprietary product ecosystem. Through our specialized Innovation Labs, you will tackle complex engineering, data, and design challenges that have real-world utility.

Build
Build real digital products, internal tools, client solutions, and startup-ready platforms—not classroom assignments.
Collaborate
Work inside multidisciplinary product teams using Agile workflows, Git, Jira, design reviews, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
Deliver
Take ownership, meet deadlines, receive code and design reviews, and deliver production-quality outcomes that create measurable value.
Launch
Graduate with an industry portfolio, professional references, stronger employability, and opportunities for Fellow or Associate placement.

Every accepted participant joins SIEP as an Associate. Fellowship is not an application pathway—it is an earned recognition based on consistent excellence, technical contribution, leadership, professionalism, program needs, and available funding. Merit-based stipends may be awarded to a limited number of Fellows.
