Build More Than Skills.
Build Real Impact.
Sodbridge Industry Experience Program (SIEP) bridges the gap between academic brilliance and professional mastery through high-stakes product development.
Turning Education Into Experience.
The Sodbridge Industry Experience Program (SIEP) is the practical execution arm of Sodbridge Academy. Rather than stopping at classroom learning, SIEP enables selected participants to gain meaningful industry experience by contributing to products, research, analytics, open-source initiatives, and client projects.
Participants work in multidisciplinary teams alongside mentors, applying technical skills to solve real-world challenges while building portfolios that demonstrate measurable impact.

Digital Products
Fellows contribute to internal products, client platforms, AI applications, education technology, business tools, and startup-ready solutions that serve real users.
Research & Analytics
Data Fellows produce public datasets, dashboards, quarterly reports, and workforce insights that support businesses, nonprofits, governments, and development partners.

Whether you're a software engineer, designer, data professional, AI practitioner, or cybersecurity specialist, SIEP provides an environment where you collaborate across disciplines to build products, publish insights, solve meaningful problems, and create measurable impact.
